- We act on behalf of serious buyers and investors who pay our fees at no cost to the seller.
- We work closely with select Private Equity (PE) firms as our clients.
- Our clients have committed funds and are ready to invest in profitable and growth oriented companies (no turnarounds, early stage or startups).
- We identify and introduce suitable candidate companies to our PE clients at no cost or obligation to the company or its owners.
- We act as the transaction intermediary and work with parties to a successful close.
